The sisal sandpaper roller brush mainly consists of sisal strips, sandpaper strips, and a roller.

Sisal Fibers: A type of natural hard fiber with strong wear resistance, suitable for removing stubborn dirt or rust. It also has a certain degree of flexibility, which can reduce scratches on the substrate.

Sandpaper Layer: Usually wrapped around the outer layer of sisal fibers or arranged at intervals. The grit size of the sandpaper (e.g., 60 grit to 320 grit) can be selected as needed for fine grinding or rough grinding.

Roller Brush Base: Mostly adopts a metal or high-strength plastic shaft core to ensure stability during high-speed rotation.

Inner hole: 25.4mm, 30mm, 35mm

Total outer diameter: 180mm, 220mm, 280mm, 300mm, etc. (Customization is also available according to your needs.)

Sandpaper grit: Optional 80#, 100#, 120#, 150#, 180#, 240#, 320# (Customization is also available according to requirements.)
Advantages:
The even distribution of sisal and sandpaper ensures smoother and more detailed polishing, with excellent sanding results.
The separate arrangement of sandpaper and sisal brush facilitates easy disassembly and replacement, helping to save costs.

In addition, we also offer V-shaped and L-shaped sisal sandpaper roller brushes for your selection.
